The TG Foundation is deeply concerned by the advancement of M23 Rebels who UN experts say are backed by Rwanda, into the metal rich town of Goma in Congo (Reuters www.reuters.com/article/2012/11/19/congo-democratic-fighting-idUSL5E8MI3WX20121119).
